ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

BY CHECKING THE NDA ACCEPTANCE BOX ON THE INVESTOR PORTAL, you acknowledge that:

  1. You have read and understood this entire Non-Disclosure Agreement
  2. You agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein
  3. You have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization
  4. Your electronic acceptance constitutes your binding signature
  5. This Agreement remains in effect for 3 years with 5-year confidentiality obligations
